This website is about Mike Lee, the Professional Bull Rider.  So, if you want to really know the man, first you must know his God.  

Mike is first and foremost a follower of Jesus Christ.  He has devoted his life to serving God with all his heart, soul, mind and strength.  Mike depends on God’s grace and mercy to live his life.  He relies on what Jesus Christ did on the cross in every aspect of his life.

Mike doesn’t take credit for his accomplishments.  He believes that his past, present, and future are in the hands of the almighty God.  All that matters to Mike Lee is that people know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

All it takes is for a person to watch him one time and talk to him one time, to see Jesus through him.  Mike is a light on a hill and as people see him ride, run, and rejoice – they see the God he loves so much, through him.

 Mike doesn't take the credit for his success in the bull riding industry.  He gives God the credit for all his accomplishments, which are many:
  • PBR World Champion 2004
  • First bull rider to win the World Championship and the Built Ford Tough Series in the same year, at the age of 21
  • In the top ten of all time money earners in the PBR
  • Competed at PBR World Finals for 15 years in a row which is a record
  • Competed in the PBR Built Ford Tough Series (BFTS) for 15 consecutive year, which is a record.
  • One of two PBR bull riders to have over 500 outs in the BFTS.
  • 1 of 4 riders in the 20- yr history of the PBR with more than 800 outs 
  • Won the Calgary Stampede in 2008.
  • Represented the USA in 2010 World Cup

When I asked Mike recently about what he would like to tell his fans, he replied, 

“I just want to say I believe in Christ and what Jesus did on the cross.  I am very appreciative and humble for the way God lived for us and died for us."

 Mike is the father of three children, twins - Noah and Lauralie and Peter. They live outside of Decatur, TX on a new ranch where Mike teaches his children the ranch/rodeo lifestyle
